E. Carol Webster,
Ph.D.
Clinical Psychology Consulting

Dr. E. Carol Webster is a clinical
psychologist and speaker in consulting practice in Fort
Lauderdale who is well known for her dynamic professional
development, motivational and empowerment workshops.
She is recipient of the National Black MBA Association-South
Florida Chapter’s Seminars/Newsletter Service
Award. Author of Success Management: How to Get to the
Top and Keep Your Sanity Once You Get There and The
Fear of Success: Stop It From Stopping You!, and host
of former television show - Success!, she is sought
after for her specialized understanding of the issues
affecting high profilers and those dealing with the
stresses of success. Dr. Webster has been helping individuals
overcome obstacles and attain success in their lives
since 1978 and authors a popular online newsletter,
Success!Ezine, through her DrCarolWebster.com website
that is highly regarded by executives and their staff.
In addition to helping professionals advance in their
careers, Dr. Webster is sought as a consultant to those
who are starting out in private practice or who recognize
the need for help in developing success attitudes and
behaviors to promote and manage their practices, new
businesses, and professional organizations. She donates
a lot of her time to community service and is Founder
and President/CEO of the African American Success Foundation,
a think tank whose mission is to promote the positive
image of African Americans.
Dr. Webster obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology
from the University of Chicago and obtained her Masters
and Ph.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology from New York
University. She is a former member and Chairperson of
the Florida Board of Psychology that licenses psychologists
within the State of Florida and now serves as a member
of its Probable Cause Panel. She was Founding Chairperson
of the Committee on Ethnic Minority Affairs of the Florida
Psychological Association for which she received its
Special Award for Outstanding Efforts and Accomplishments
and is recipient of its Outstanding Psychologist in
the Media Award. Dr. Webster spearheaded the Professional
Development and Private Practice Development activities
of the South Florida Chapter of the Association of Black
Psychologists, is a member of the American Psychological
Association, and continues to mentor and help others
advance in the profession.

Neville Gayle is the founder and president
of Executive Intervention, LLC, a training and development
company that specializes in developing and facilitating
customized training solutions in the areas of information
technology and organizational development.
Neville is an advocate of initiating
employee development programs in the workplace and has
developed partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies
and community colleges to help businesses increase employee
productivity. Neville has also developed customized
training programs and courseware for several state agencies.
He is one of the premier facilitators for the Ohio Certified
Program Managers (OCPM) certification program, an internal
training program for state employees.
Neville has earned a Bachelors of
Arts degree from The Ohio State University in 1997 and
has obtained several industry-related training certifications
including the Development Dimensions International (DDI)
Training Certification and the Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. He serves are
the Chair of the Professional Development Committee
for the Columbus Chapter of the National Black MBA Association.
Neville is a native of Akron, Ohio
and is the husband of Kimberly and is the proud father
of a son, Myles, and two daughters, Kyrah and Trinity.
